Paavo Pilv graduated from the Estonian Business School’s EMBA program in 2005 and has previously worked in the private sector in the field of strategic planning of life science, environmental, and clean-tech projects. He has served as a founder and board member in various start-up companies, PPP projects, and foundations and has more than two decades of managerial experience.
